Who We Are

Shevet Shemesh is the Arizona chapter of the Israel Scouts, blending enriching Israeli/Hebrew culture with core values of:  teamwork, responsibility, social impact, and leadership, through weekly in-person programs from August to May

What Your Child Will Experience

• Age-tailored Programs​

  • Grades 2–6: Game-based community-building, Hebrew language, holidays, sports, music, and more.  Designed to spark joy and lifelong friendships

  • Grade 7 (Shnat Mitzvah): A 13-week leadership journey with a focus on family connection, social involvement, and personal growth

  • Grades 8–9: Transition year with leadership training, hands-on group facilitation, and weekend seminars

  • Grades 10–12 (Shachbag): Teen-led by design:  leadership development, team management, child mentorship, and fulfilling community-service hours required for graduation

More Than Meetings: Holidays, Camps & More

From ceremonial observances of Israeli holidays to seasonal camps and regional seminars, your family will build lasting memories alongside peers and mentors
